Confirming Availability and Ordering
Please check for availability on the item(s) you are interested in by emailing me at order@dakotabluedesigns.com *before* you send your payment. In your email, please include the following information:

Your Full Name
Shipping Address
The Item(s) Name and Number
Method Of Payment
Shipping Preference

After I can confirm the availability of the items, I will then email you your total including the shipping.

Some of the items will be OOAK (One Of A Kind) and on a "first come, first serve" basis. If someone has inquired about a OOAK item, but has not confirmed that they want to purchase it, you may be added to a wait list. If the person hasn't replied in 2 days, the item will go to the next person on the list.

Payment
I accept a number of payment options. My preference is PayPal and BidPay (send Paypal or Bidpay payments to order@dakotabluedesigns.com), but I also accept money orders and personal checks. Paying by personal check requires a 10 day clearance. I will accept *(but DO NOT recommend)* well concealed cash. You may send cash at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any cash payment that is lost in the mail.

Shipping for *US Customers*
Dakotablue Designs uses USPS for shipping and gives you the following options to ship your order:

*FOR JEWELRY*

First Class - $1.50 for the first item, plus $ .25 for each additional item.

Priority - Flat rate of $5.00

*FOR DOLLS*

First Class - $10.00 per doll

You may also add insurance. It is not required, but is recommended. Please refer to the rates from the USPS below:

$0 - $50 -- add $1.30 to shipping

$50 - $100 -- add $2.20 to shipping

$100 - $200 -- add $3.20 to shipping

$200 - $300 -- add $4.20 to shipping

Dakotablue Designs will not be held responsible for items misplaced by USPS if insurance was not purchased.

Shipping for *Foreign Customers*
Due to the different USPS rates for each country, please email me for a quote.
Packages will be sent by Airmail Parcel Post which usually takes 7 to 10 days for delivery. Deliveries going to other countries may take longer than 7 to 10 days and that is at fault of the USPS. Dakotablue Designs is not responsible for any delays.
Insurance costs for international packages veries. Therefore, I am not requiring you to pay the extra for the insurance, but would recommend it since we can't track or be held responsible for lost packages not insured. I have sent many items to various countries and haven't experienced any lost packages.

*All of my items are packaged very carefully and sent in bubble mailers with the exception of dolls which are boxed*

Return Policy
I appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are for any reason unhappy with your jewelry, please return it in a padded envelope or small box and I will gladly refund your money, minus the shipping costs. PLEASE DO NOT send returns back in a regular envelope!
